Snorkel with Seals

Cape Town And Hout Bay

Activity Description

1 of the TOP 10 Cape Town Outdoor Experiences.

Let Cape Town Bucket List take you on a once in a lifetime Cape Town adventure to snorkel with the ocean’s friendliest creatures, the Cape Fur seal.

Snorkeling is a great way to observe our beautiful underwater life without all the extensive training and complicated equipment required for scuba diving.

We will provide the wetsuit, mask, snorkel and fins as well as a short training session to make sure you are comfortable with the mask and snorkel.

Not keen to get in the water but would like to come and watch your friends and family snorkel? You’re more than welcome to join on the boat at an additional cost.

Wow I mean this was hands down one of the best experiences of my life, it smells and it can seem a bit scary but oh my gosh I just had the most amazing magical time! The guys were fantastic, what a brilliant team, so friendly and at no point whatsoever did I feel anything wasn’t safe! The guys were so knowledgeable and so passionate it was a real pleasure to spend time with them all! Thank you so much - Marni Horton

What an amazing experience!! The personal is very helpful. After a thorough briefing we went out on the trip to go snorkeling with the seals. We saw thousands of seals and came up close and personal with the little ones. The hot chocolate and cookie afterwards is just a added bonus!! - Zineldi Venter
