What is an E-Fatbike
E-Fatbikes makes this anybody’s adventure as you can go further and explore more! E-Bikes are bicycles integrated with a motor and a battery that assists the cyclist and allows them to cycle further with less effort.

The Route
The whole route is on Jeep tracks and dedicated bicycle lanes and not technical. Perfect for the whole family.

Tour Description
Tour departs from Lanzerac Hotel & Spa at the Vinebike E-bike Center in Stellenbosch. At the Trail Centre your guide will introduce you to your E-Fatbike and issue you with your safety equipment.

You start with a 5 km scenic route towards the Jonkershoek Reserve. Once you enter the reserve to follow the app on the Circular Loop along the scenic Eerste River.

At the furthest point you will cross the Eerste River with a cement bridge and this is the perfect spot to scramble down to the river for snacks. From here it is all slightly downhill back to the start with majestic mountains surrounding the route all the way.
